Mulco

Mulco is a Canadian sealant brand, now part of Pittsburgh Paints Co., with technical and warranty support handled through PPG Architectural Coatings Canada in Boucherville, Quebec.

The range is built around thermoplastic sealants that cure by solvent evaporation and contain no silicone, which keeps them easy to tool and paintable. Supra Expert, the flagship exterior sealant, meets ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT. It stays serviceable from -40 C to +50 C, stretches up to 1400% before rupture and resists rain immediately after application; most common substrates need no primer, and latex paint can go on after 24 hours. The line also covers the low-VOC Supra Elite for interior and exterior joints and Zip Seal N Peel, a removable sealant for seasonal work.
